The project is a new 2-storey warehouse being built on a vacant lot, located near Toronto Pearson International Airport. The warehouse level includes 33 condominium units, that can be owned separately, each with a mezzanine and a Gross Floor Area of 168 m² to 290 m². Another 8 office units on the second floor, facing Solar Drive, have a Gross Floor Area of 86 m² to 134 m² each. Along the perimeter, 98 car parking spaces are provided. With the exception of the two corner units, each warehouse unit has an entrance designed for delivery truck entry.

The design of the project articulates each unit, underscoring the separation and individuality of each business. The exterior is formed by glass and pre-cast, exhibiting an industrial feel, appropriate for the purpose of the building.
