Located close to the campuses of University of Toronto Scarborough and Centennial College, this new 27 storey, 25,000 m2 building will consist of 300 residential units as well as amenity rooms. On the ground floor level there will be 900 m2 of retail spaces. The 3070 Ellesmere Road development strives to be LEED-NC Silver certified based on the green roof and high efficiency energy and water systems that will operate in the building. The design process will be led by a LEED certified project manager in order to ensure optimization of the design and construction of the project. Before construction, the building lot which is currently contaminated land will be restored.
