The project is a new construction on water shore of the Lake Simcoe, neighbored by tourism facility Sail Georgina owned by the Town of Georgina and Ramada Hotel. There is an abandoned boat workshop on the site.

The lot is very narrow and irregular. The ground spaces are used mainly for parking. The guest rooms are located on Floors 2 to 4. All rooms will have nice view to the Lake. Café seats and food services are provided on the top of the building.

One the remote part of the land on Malone Road is separated by the water channel. No bridge is allowed to connect it with the main part of the lot because a water channel is to be free for the regional police station at the end of the bay. A three-storey building is proposed on this lot to provide 6 units with 18 rooms. The units are designed for families to stay.
