COHO Village, a new condominium community at 350 Fisher Mills in Cambridge, Ontario, will be completed in three phases, resulting in a total of 168 stacked townhouse units. TAES Architects is currently the Architect for Phase II of the development. Phase I of the development has provided 40 stacked townhouse units that were occupied in June 2017. In Phase II, another 64 stacked townhouse units will be built.
