Our Practice

At TAES Architects, we take pride in our ability to provide a diverse range of development, design and consulting services.  Our principals have knowledge and expertise that go beyond what is expected of your average architecture firm.  We are able to provide creative ideas and effective solutions to projects of all kinds.

Our scope of services include:

Land Development Consulting: We offer practical guidance to our clients looking to develop newly acquired land.  The principals at TAES Architects are familiar with the different variables included in site and land development, including usable land area, zoning and subdivision applications, legal surveys, environmental analysis and other issues.

Master Planning: We are able to provide long-term strategies for a project so that it may realize its full potential.  We understand the various interconnected systems that contribute to a successful development within a community.  Our technical experience enables us to have the final product in mind from the design stage to delivery.

Architectural Design: A successful development begins with a smart and pragmatic idea.  At TAES Architects we create sustainable designs that are aesthetically gratifying and enjoyable to occupy.  We work closely with the client and contractor to ensure the finished product is the highest quality and stays within monetary and time restraints.

Interior Design: Our firm believes that the interior of a structure is as important as the exterior.  Our principals are passionate about understanding the visions of our clients and helping to create an interior space that is true to its environment and inhabitants.  Our interior design services include space planning, fixture and finishing selections, administration and installation.

LEED Consulting: The principals at TAES Architects are LEED Certified and have extensive experience managing green, sustainable buildings.  We can assist any project in achieving LEED certification by making certain the design has sufficient balance between efficiency of resources, environmental sustainability, economic responsibility and the satisfaction of the occupants.
