COHO Village Phase I


TAES Architects is currently performing as the Architect for COHO Village Phase I, the first stage of a new condominium community in at 350 Fisher Mills in Cambridge, Ontario.  COHO Village will be constructed in three phases, resulting in a total of 182 stacked townhouses and bungalows and covering a total gross floor area of 190,502 square feet.


COHO Village Phase I, as designed by TAES Architects, will consist of 40 residential units within a gross floor area of 43,487 square feet.  The suites will be available for purchase in a range of sizes, all outfitted with high-end standard finishes throughout – features that typically are only obtained by homeowners through costly upgrades.  Ensuite finishes will include engineered laminate flooring, washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances and central air conditioning.  Plans for individual units have not been released yet, but will be available to the public for the first time at the Grand Opening of the COHO Village Sales Centre on the weekend of February 7 and 8, 2015.


COHO Village is conveniently and centrally located, close to major shopping establishments, recreational amenities, and with easy access to Highways 24 and 401.  Construction of COHO Village Phase I is scheduled to commence in April 2015, with an anticipated completion date of spring 2016.  Sales are expected to conclude rapidly.
